Susan is an experienced administrative assistant with more than 15 years of experience in the construction industry. She spent the majority of her career working for one of the Triangle’s top performing developers, Duke Realty. Her construction knowledge, sound decision-making ability and her willingness to be a team player are major attributes for DCI.
Susan has worked with every aspect of construction from the project start to the completion and close-out process. She has experience providing support to construction managers and coordinating tasks with subcontractors. She is knowledgeable of building permit process, contracts, and organizing/maintaining project files.
At DCI, Susan is responsible for handling the majority of the administrative tasks of the company and keeping everything organized among the team.

On Wednesday, December 15th, DCI held its annual Christmas dinner in the wine cellar at the Angus Barn. The DCI team and their spouses were all in attendance for this special event where we celebrated a successful 2021 and set our sights on continued growth in 2022. DCI wishes its employees, clients and consultants a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year and look forward to a successful 2022.
On 12/5, DCI’s Justin Burrows capped off his triathlon season at the Clash Daytona Half Ironman. Justin finished in a blistering time of 4 hours and 19 minutes in which he placed 4th/63 in his Age Group and 16/532 overall which resulted in him qualifying for the Challenge Family Championship in Samorin, Slovakia in May 2022. After 3 half Ironmans over a 3 month period, Justin is looking forward to a well deserved off season and the holidays!
