Assistant Development Manager
Jackson brings a fresh perspective and lots of energy to DCI with a background of contributing to all kinds of engineering projects and teams. He has experience developing feasibility studies for residential and industrial development projects and enjoys facilitating communication related to projects between government agencies, engineers and developers.
As a Project Engineer, Jackson is responsible for assisting DCI Managers and Executives with the day-to-day management of development and fit-up projects including planning, design and estimating of development projects that are being pursued strategically with developers and owners.
He works closely with and communicates with clients, consultants and general contractors to ensure successful projects. Specifically, he assists during both pre-construction and project management services within the company. This includes assisting with developing estimates and helping to manage due diligence processes to evaluate initial project feasibility. He also helps coordinate important project documents, drawings and schedules.
Jackson has bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from North Carolina State University.
