Susan is an experienced administrative assistant with more than 15 years of experience in the construction industry. She spent the majority of her career working for one of the Triangle’s top performing developers, Duke Realty. Her construction knowledge, sound decision-making ability and her willingness to be a team player are major attributes for DCI.
Susan has worked with every aspect of construction from the project start to the completion and close-out process. She has experience providing support to construction managers and coordinating tasks with subcontractors. She is knowledgeable of building permit process, contracts, and organizing/maintaining project files.
At DCI, Susan is responsible for handling the majority of the administrative tasks of the company and keeping everything organized among the team.

Justin joins DCI as a project manager with professional experience in a diverse range of areas including corporate and commercial real estate management, project/construction and development management, corporate workplace strategy as well as transaction management and brokerage advisory services.
Justin has worked in many different vertical markets to include corporate HQ, life sciences, mission critical facilities, hospitality, commercial – office, retail and industrial, higher education and K- 12, healthcare, residential and mixed-use.
Prior to DCI, Justin served as a Senior Advisor at J. Kelly Advisors where he was responsible for the management and successful delivery of a large variety of building projects from new build to renovation. Prior to that, he built a successful career in the South Florida commercial real estate market which has spanned over 12 years and includes both third-party advisory services with positions held at JLL, Cresa, and CBI Workplace Solutions, construction management and general contracting during his tenure with Hensel Phelps and in-house CRE management where he managed the real estate portfolio, design and development of DHL’s North American facilities.
Throughout his career, Justin has been a trusted resource for clients and industry partners who have a need for workplace consulting, thought leadership and real estate strategy. His passion for design and consultative approach allows organizations to successfully navigate change and leverage the built environment to create flexible, highly productive work environments that are aligned with their corporate vision and goals.
Justin is a graduate from the University of Florida where he obtained his MBA and a BS in Construction Management. Justin is a Project Management Professional, LEED Accredited Professional, fluent in Spanish, Six Sigma certified and a Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate. He also volunteers for Habitat for Humanity and I Care Cure Childhood Foundation and is an avid athlete regularly competing in triathlons and distance running. He is a 5x Ironman finisher to include qualifying for and competing at the Ironman World Championships, a multiple qualifier and competitor at the 70.3 World Championships and has qualified for the Boston Marathon in every one of his marathons to include competing at the 2017 Boston Marathon.
