DCI Hires Chris Shaip as Project Manager in the NC Office.
Heightened development throughout the state allows DCI to expand once again, with the addition of a second Project Manager in less than a year.
Chris adds over 16 years of experience in construction and project management to the DCI team. During his time working in the construction industry, he has been responsible for coordinating activities with numerous subcontractors on multimillion-dollar projects, monitoring project quality while maintaining schedules. He understands all aspects of construction from developing budgets with clients to managing project entitlements, supervising field operations and project closeout.
His experience as a project manager brings an enormous amount of value to DCI as he will help guide clients through every aspect of a project from initial concept development all the way through completion. Chris’ attention to detail and familiarity with a client’s project makes it effortless for him to manage any aspect of a construction project. He especially enjoys working directly with clients and building relationships that often lead to long term relationships.
Chris graduated from Averett College in Danville, Virginia with a Bachelor of Science
