DCI Experiences Tremendous Growth in 2021
Over 2021, DCI grew from 11 to 15 team members to support the growth in our business from both existing clients and new clients. As the company looks forward to another exciting year, we are proud to announce promotions of several key team members whose contributions made the growth possible.

Randy Berger
Randy, who joined DCI in early 2017, has been promoted to Senior Project Manager. He has been instrumental in delivery of office, healthcare and industrial projects in the Carolinas and Nashville. Most notably, Randy oversaw development and construction of Eastowne Medical Office Building I, Forty540 I, Patriot Park Buildings 1-5, Rock Hill Commerce Center and Air Park East Buildings 1-3. He was one of our first employees and his expertise, technical knowledge and dedication to our clients has allowed our company to grow steadily over the last five years. As part of his new role, Randy will continue to deliver on DCI’s vision as well as provide support for the overall industrial portfolio.

Erin Bolduc
Since joining DCI early 2018, Erin has played a significant role in delivery of office and healthcare projects in and around the Triangle. She has been promoted to Senior Project Manager, a role in which she will continue to enhance DCI’s vision as well as support the overall healthcare and office portfolio. Most notably during her time at DCI so far, Erin oversaw development and construction of Panther Creek MOB I, Eastowne Medical Office Building I, Forty540 II, redevelopment of UNC Hospitals Children's Specialty Services, and a large number of renovation projects for various owners. Erin’s expertise, technical knowledge, eye for design and programmatic efficiency as well as her dedication to our clients is unmatched.

Leslie Colucci
Leslie has been promoted to Senior Project Manager and has been instrumental in delivery of large healthcare projects in and around the Triangle for DCI since joining the company in 2019. Most notably, Leslie oversaw the design and construction of a recently completed inpatient bed tower in Hillsborough, NC, was instrumental in an expansion and optimization of a new surgical tower, led design and construction of medical office buildings in several local municipalities as well as renovation projects for various owners. Leslie’s healthcare strategy, design and programmatic knowledge coupled with her drive for the very best product for our clients has impressed internally and externally. As part of her new role, Leslie will continue to manage and provide support for local healthcare projects as well as emerging markets.

Ben Snyder
Joining DCI in early 2020, Ben has played a pivotal role in the delivery of large healthcare projects from our Raleigh office and has been promoted to Senior Project Manager. For just a few of his responsibilities, Ben oversees the design and construction of a large surgical tower in the Triangle, delivered several interior renovation projects and oversaw design and construction of an advanced cellular therapy GMP facility. He is instrumental in all facets of permitting, design and construction projects and routinely provides his expertise to the larger DCI family and ownership. Ben’s inpatient and outpatient healthcare knowledge coupled with his drive for the right answer has quickly become an asset for our clients. As part of his new role, Ben will continue to manage and provide support for local healthcare projects as well as emerging markets.

Jackson Hendricks
Jackson joined DCI after graduating from NC State in 2020 with a degree in civil engineering and has now been promoted to Assistant Development Manager. He has already made an impression on our industrial development clients for his attention to detail, grasp of development challenges and push for the right answer. Jackson has helped significant real estate transactions push forward in the Charlotte and Nashville markets such as Air Park East, I77 Beltway, I77 Commerce and 290 Spartanburg to name a few. As part of his new role, Jackson will continue to work with executive management in a development services role for new industrial projects.
